The hotel had good facilities for a city centre hotel--roof top jacuzzi, and also a gym and sauna
Th ebreakfast room was very small and often guests could not find a table

Breakfest is ok, staff is rather friendly
Room wasn`tone of 4 stars, it was hardly 3 stars, and needs a certain renovation( for example there were a lot of rust in bathroom, some cracks, dirty spots on the walls which should be coloured). We stayed in this hotel because there was a big discount of 57% and payed 140 Euro per night. Real price is 320 Euro - and it`s more than overated

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice design, small cozy spa and fitness. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was great but of course very small. Double rooms are a bit small for two persons, lacks privacy when it comes to the bathroom as its just a sliding smoked glass, not soundproof but that wasn't a big inconvenience. Staff were helpful. We could walk to most tourist sites very easily. Location is good, only 3 mins from the Termini.
The breakfast didn't meet our expectations and it was not a 4 star hotel worthy. Here they really need to improve. The bar was always closed - at least we thought until we found out you have to ask in the reception, then they will fix you something in the bar.

The location is excellent but despite having a street facing room it was still quiet.Short walk to the railway station and very modern despite being in an old building. The breakfast was good offering some warm food

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and
The room was clean and well-kept. The noise from the street was sometimes disruptive at night while resting. A solid choice for families looking to explore Rome comfortably.

Hotel is very modern, rooms were very clean and stylish. Breakfast was great, rooftop jacuzzi was a plus. Location is good, only 5 mins from the Termini (if that), Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed the first night we flew into Rome, then we moved on to the Amalfi coast. We came back to Rome and stayed again before moving onto Tuscany with family. After Tuscany we had to come back to fly out, we had to wait in Rome for the whole day as our flight was at 10pm, as our luggage was too heavy to check in at the Termini, we asked this hotel if we could possibly store it there, they said of course.. Which we thought was very nice seeing as we actually hadn't stayed there the night before...made our lives much easier!!
Not many negatives, but if you want to stay more near to the action, eg. Trevi Fountain, Piazza's etc - then maybe not the hotel for you.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Nice sterile design, small cozy spa and fitness. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was great.

The location near Termini is convenient for travel, and the staff were friendly, particularly Riccardo at the front desk, who provided invaluable assistance and local tips. Breakfast featured tasty home-baked bread, but the offerings became monotonous over a week-long stay. The room lacked privacy due to a glass bathroom wall and suffered from noise disturbances from the ventilation system.

Everything was wonderful! The staffs were friendly and not too plight. Items of the breakfast were tasty and so many enough to choose. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Although the hotel was located near enough to Termini, I had very silent night. I'll be surely back to Rome and stay at Venetia Palace rather than visit the Trevi Fountain.

Very good loacation, close to central train station but still in a quiet area. There are many good restaurants close by. Jacuzzi on the top terrace is beautiful and the fitness and sauna area is also very nice. Good room as well.
The breakfast didn't meet our expectations and it was not a 4 star hotel worthy. Here they really need to improve. The bar was always closed - at least we thought until we found out you have to ask in the reception, then they will fix you something in the bar. The room seemed clean but we found that there was quite a lot of dust on the lamps, bed tables etc. is just missing the last 10-15% to be perfect.

The wellness facilities provided a perfect way to unwind after exploring the city.
The hot water issue in the bathroom left us without a shower before an early train departure.
